I withdrew from them on 11/9/15 they completed T2R4 form on 11/24/15 and paperwork that I signed stated that if I withdraw within 14 days I would receive my title iv credit would be release to me however when they released it they returned it back to the lender and when I question financial aid dept.I was told because I withdrew it goes back to lender keeping in mind my paper work does not state that then she stated because I was dropped I stated that I was not dropped I withdrew. I stated to the young lady so the paper work I signed does not mean anything she states she does not know what I am talking about I explain to her that I talking about the title iv form that I signed on October 16,2015.
