Ordered a pair of Doc Martens boots ca. 10 days prior to above date. PayPal payment was cleared, but no order confirmation, and several enquiries later I am none the wiser - and no boots ever appeared. Have complained to PayPal who are investigating, but with this company's track record and use of PayPal, I am slightly worried that PayPal is not as reliable as I thought.
