WHILE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL HOTELS OR ANYKIND OF PLEASURE EXPEDIA REQUESTS THE LOCATION I WHICH YOU WISH TO TRAVEL. IN MY CASE IT WAS A HOTEL. EXPEDIA WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE NAME OR ADDRESS OF THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TELEPHONE NUMBER , E-MAIL ADDRESS. STREET ADDRESS, AND IN MY CASE THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A DATE A MONTH PRIOR TO MY VACATION TIME. AFTER YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION, THEY THEN TELL YOU WHAT HOTEL OR AIRLINE YOU WILL BE USEING. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CHANGE THE HOTEL OR THE RESERVATION THE COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. EVEN AFTER STATEING THE STATE LAW IN VIRGINIA WHERE YOU HAVE THREE DAYS TO CANCEL A CONTRACT FOR ANY REASON. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AND THEY WILL BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL TAKE THE CHARGES OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. THE CUSTOMER CAN NOT CHANGE HOTELS OR DATES EVEN THOUGH STATE LAW SAYS WE CAN DO SO. THIS IS A VER BIG SCAM.
