I applied for a payday loan on Nov 23rd and was turned down and was rerouted to a different website. PLEASE ALWAYS READ TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!!!! They charged my account via an electronic check and when I noticed the money was gone I immediately contacted my bank! Then I contacted the customer service department of SMM and I got so annoyed with the lady I spoke with that she hung up on me. I called back and got even more irritated with the foreign man I spoke with! They asked me to fill out a return refund form and that it takes 30 days! Worse experience of my life! It didnt take you 30 days to pull the money from my account so why would it take 30 days to put it back in?
