These Scammers or fraudsters got in touch via facebook messenger and are offering medical services/medicine to chronic pain sufferers in the UK & Northern Ireland. I was scammed for a 1st payment before I realised but when I received an email allegedly from TNT courier company asking for further insurance money for the parcel I became suspicious.
