I ordered online a PDF Suite. I unclicked the boxes to that wanted me to be charged the extra amounts for extra product. Then when they email me the receipt, I got charged for all the extra stuff I said I didn't want. So I emailed the company a number of times saying I just want a refund because I now don't trust them to download their software onto my computer. Their website states a 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed them within days 4 times and get no answer. I dispute the charge with my credit card and the company reverses it and charges it back.
