Vous m'avez envoyé une facture au montant de 49,99 $ concernant l'AVAST NEXWAY. Je n'ai jamais renouvelé cet anti-virus et celui-ci n'apparaît même pas dans mon ordinateur. Je veux absolument me faire créditer ce montant de mon compte. Est-ce qu'une personne pourrait m'aider et m'expliquer les étapes à suivre, pour empêcher cette facturation sur ma carte de crédit.
