I received two "Sweepstakes Notices"stating that a sum of two million dollars was setting in limbo / contingent upon my ANC control number was established as a match. The letter also, requested that I make a payment of $12.99 by check, postal money order or credit card. I responded back but without payment (knowing this was a sham). A second notice was received on 11/21/15, stating that a Mr. John McNabb was contacted, confirming that the two-million dollars would be paid but my "Premium Offer Delivery" for funds disbursement (document #10335) was placed on hold. No further action would take place until they receive the $12.99. This letter showed the person to contact; William MacDougal (his signature on letter), Compliance Examiner with no contact information. I would do whatever, it takes to assist with the capture and prosecution of these inhuman beings.
