I have been receiving numerous calls over the past week. All are from numbers where YMax is the communications provider. The caller says they are looking to provide me with a refund on a previous product purchase which I can only get by logging onto my computer and allowing them access. When I refuse, they threaten they will lock my PC within 5 minutes. I have reported the specific numbers to YMax by email. 239-491-4154, 4155, 4156, 4157; 239-205-4843; 239-234-4377
