I requested a free sample for $4.95 in September and received it 2 weeks later. Immediatly I was debited approximately $170, and had not used the product yet. I called to get refunded and was told I would receive a 75% discount and would cancel my account. This never happened...and apparently I was not canceled as I was debited again on September 27 for another $89.95. I called again and asked for a manager several times, but couldn't get a word in for the operator (whom was Indian and I could barely understand)told me to call back in 10 minutes. I called back and was told by the same operator that I could not get a refund as I didn't cancel my account. At this point I am livid, and asked to speak again to a manager, and was told no. I told the operator that now I would report to the BBB and if need be, get a lawyer and ended the conversation. The operator called me 4 times and left messages (I was at work and couldn't answer)saying my $89.95 would be refunded, but nothing on the previous $170 I was supposed to be refunded 75%. Oct 5 my account was debited AGAIN for $89.95. AGain, I called and could not get anywhere as these people that answer the calls are like robots...they continue with script and will not shut up long enough for you to talk.I am extremely upset and do not know where to turn to get reimbursed as callin doesn't work. I would appreciate any help I could get a they keep debiting my account every month! Thank you, Diana Shue
