My daughter surprised me with the thoughtful gift of a nice used ipad2 for mothers day 2015 as she knew I had dropped mine and cracked the screen....forward to today....she was hurt at work and is struggling financially so I was going to help with her bills. When I discovered that she had gone to the CELL PHONE GUY in SIOUX FALLS SD and had leased this USED ipad2 through Why not lease it and had already paid OVER $1000 for it and the buy out was still Over $400 I flipped out and headed straight to the retailer and was meant with a Rude person telling me to bad you can't return it here! I can't believe we are trying to oust Dollar Loan Centers when this is going on in local retail centers! Consumer Protection Bureau here I come!!!!!!
