Loan Max is a company that scams people who are desperate for money. I got a loan for $300. I was late on my payment having family illness. I don't even have an income and they talked me into a loan for $300. I made payments. At least $300 dollars in just interest. I was 45 days late and was about to pay it off payday in 2 days. I went outside and my car my tags and all of my belongings were gone. I had been late once before but still went in and made $80 dollar a month the payment. They came and took my car in the nighttime. I did not even know until I went to go out the next day. Now they want me to pay $763 for a $300 car loan. I have no car, no income,(which they knew when the loan was made. she let me put disability income that an ex-boyfriend was getting..I have no income at the moment) and no way to try to make the money to get my car back. Its going to hurt me because now I have to find a car. I wasnt a sneak trying to hide my car, but they sure did sneak out and steal it away from in front of my house with no notification of any kind. Not even a knock on the door. They took my tags and everything. As of now I have no way to even give back the tags to the bmv. They have my tags and all and Chantel in Steubenville told me they don't know where it is. I have no idea where my car is. They gave me a Pittsburgh number which is 45 minutes away. I have no car to get there nor the money to pay over double what I got. That will be the last time anyone ever talks me into a loan. I relly dont think they will get $300 for the car. Although they got me through the interest. They are snakes who just wait for someone to get hurt and need money. I would never work for a company that treats people like this. God bless their employees cause they aint gonna be having a job much longer. This is the biggest scam ever. I just wanna stand in front of there with a sign and let people know they will sneak and take everything you have. I hope the rest of my bumper falls off and scrap prices go down just for Loan Max! What a sad world we live in when people can come and take the only thing you own because you were a month late on a payment. Bring it on class action suit. I have my proof and paperwork and will also be contacting an atty. This is disgraceful and inhumane to take from poor people like you do. How do you sleep at nite you low lifes!!!!!! Have a nice day because I will not let you beat me down!! Il get through somehow.
