I received a Prize Notification from The Harrison Institute from the so called managers claiming that I won 36,000.00.

All I was supposed to do was Remove a Security and prize Identification confirmation card and return it with my signature.

I have a document I am supposed to save until I receive my check for the 36,000.00


I have a Payment Acceptance form as well that I am to sign, date, give them my e-mail address, and also pay is what they call a minimal and symbolic fee of $50 to party cover administrative and preparation costs.

For rapid special delivery to my home address I can also pay an additional $5 for this service, a total of $55. Or I also have the option of paying with one of my credit cards! OR CASH!

I have been receiving mail constantly from the Netherlands claiming that I have won all different amounts of money. It doesn't say on any of the papers/forms how I won.

They were even kind enough(ha-ha) to list everything on the envelope so that nothing gets omitted such as my personal information and address verified and corrected if necessary

Prize Confirmation Card placed on the form expected(Their exact printing on the envelope).

Form is correctly filled out and signed

Under that is Content:
(I am to check things off)
Priority processing option(the extra $5 bucks I guess)

Payment Acceptance Form
Prize Confirmation Card signed
under that in red letters it says: Please check for preselection (in house mailroom)
according to processing status.

My Official Payment Certificate is dated-9/17/2015

Mr.Robert Harrison, Director of the Harrison Institute, is waiting only for my response before remitting the above check, the unique signed check confirmed by the independent draw manager to the main winner of THIRTY-SIX-THOUSAND DOLLARS
($36,000.00) I am to keep my Official Payment Cetificate in a safe place because If I receive the signed unique bank check for 36,000.00 dollars at home, I may be required to produce my official Prize Certificate.

The prize notification is signed by a Robert(looks like Harrison, but hard to read the handwriting)-management.

How terrible these scammers are. I am TIRED of constantly getting these so called winnings from the Netherlands all of the time trying to get $55 dollars and all of my personal information!

Wouldn't they love to have my credit card numbers?

I am so upset with this stuff, these people are terrible scammers and NEED TO BE STOPPED once and for all!!!!!!!!

What can anyone do?
