Also we want to inform you that it is rather unfortunate that the flight of your puppy can't proceed over to your home because the puppy came inside a manual cage and our climatologist have carried out some reasearch and find out that the cage can't withstand the puppy's flight right up to your home, so we are proposing that it is either you rent or buy an electronic crate from us which is safer and reliable for pet transportation.
Buying the crate will cost you just $750 while renting the crate will cost you just $875 which if you prefer renting the crate the money is refundable that is on delivery of your puppy to your home by our pet agents, you are going to have all your money back and just a little will go for the renting fee while if you prefer to buy the crate you will have to keep it to your self and the money not refunded.

Above mentioned are the addresses your supplier gave us for the delivery of the puppy, but we want to let you know that it is rather unfortunate that we are still having Problems in shipping your puppy and your puppy is still here on transit in SaltLake City,UT the flight of your puppy can't proceed over to your home because the puppy haven't been insured and you will need to pay for a refundable insurance fee of $1200 before we can effect delivery of the puppy at your earlier convenient.
We want to let you know that we can't fly any uninsured puppy and the refundable insurance fee is very compulsory for any pet owner.
The reason your puppy needs to be is insured is before the flight proceeds over to your home is for thier safety and should in case anything bad happens to the puppy on the way to your home then we will be responsible and we want to make it clear to you that the $1200 you are to pay is 95% refundable upon delivery.
