Advertised Disney personalized books, 2 large for $22.00 a $20.00 savings. I was supposed to get a voucher number to use at Identity Direct. When I tried x 5 without success. I called Identity Direct and followed all instruction. I kept getting same message: "gift card is disabled". I contacted Plum District and was told I would have to contact Identitly Direct. I requested my money to be refunded and haven't heard back from them.
