Was trying to replace a damaged NC drivers license. This page implied it was able to do that (maybe my fault for being naïve but I thought I was on a NC government website) but I ended up paying a $2.99 "Registration Fee" and a $14.99 fee for a "License Guide" that literally had the language from the DMV's site. Zero value added by this site and to add insult to injury, the link in the "License Guide" didn't even work! This company was so unhelpful I'm debating canceling my credit card b/c it's sole purpose, I'm almost certain, is to simply get CC info.
