Entered into sales agreement to sell our timeshare. Buyer defaulted, then died supposedly. We have paid in $6,490.00 in closing fees which included $2490.00 excise tax for income taxes. Today they will not refund our money and the escrow company dispersed all fund to them, prior to closing.
