I contacted Cheng Shi Guo the manager of Brotechstore for buying Teclast X2 Pro 11.6 Inch 128GB for 398USD.
He asked me to transfer the money to his account in China. I transfer the money to him amount 2600 Yuan (equivalent to 298USD) on 17Sep15. After he got my money, he did not response to my email anymore.
So I tried to chat with him with different name and he answer me. When I ask him for the purchasing, he said he will send the item via DHL tomorrow but nothing happen. And he never reply my messages any more.
I would like to contact Shenzhen police to arrest this man and put him to the jail.
I sent email to Shenzhen police department but no response from them.
