I purchased 3 pairs of nike shoes via credit card over the internet I thought all was good as the purchase price was debited from the account and I was told to expect delivery in 7 to 10 days, on the 10th day I get an email from gototopofbusiness saying they have received my order and for the merchant to ship them I need to send them a photo of the front and back of the credit card , they have already taken payment for the order so I questioned this and said I will send the pics but I will be blacking out the numbers on the front and the ccv on the back, they sent back to only black the first 6 numbers only which I again debated as they are the bank and card type and the next numbers are my personal account numbers! I told them and I'm not comfortable as I had only recently fallen victim to money scammers on line and that I don,t have to provide them with the pictures and reminded them that the payment has been made and accepted, I also corresponded this with cloudebill as they were online payment handlers , I received email back stating my merchandise has been shipped gave me a tracking number for a merchant named(other) and an expected date which came and left with still no delivery I again emailed cloudebill informing them I hadn't received my goods yet and they replied for me to contact gototopofbusiness which I did and they inform me that they have suspended my shipment cause I didn't send the pictures of credit card and that I wasn't even given the right tracking number, I once again emailed cloudebill who sent me the identical message complete with the same tracking number and the merchant known as other!
