I took my truck to him on July 7, 2015. We agreed to do a safety and emissions test plus a diagnostic for $118. He began making erroneous repairs and making claims that things mechanics had just seen not broken were now broken after he drove it. He then charged me a lot more and demanded a $400 cash only payout to get my truck back or else. Can you help? I've researched him online and apparently he does this often!
