I received an sms stating that my balance is 10801.94 requested its payment before 04/10 while the Bank statement mentioned that the due is 4180.24 - called 16222 they repeated the last amount when I inquired about the difference between the two figures he said that the first one is the total liability - My comment is that the sms never said that but confused me, therefore I need a proper confirmation for the requested payment- please.
