When I called to dispute charges I was receiving from them that I had not agreed to, the customer service rep refused to answer my questions and kept going in circles. I asked for the manager 3 times and she refused to transfer me. Once I threatened to report them to the better business's bureau she offered up a full refund and deactivated my account as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
