I started to open a trading account with OptionRally in July 2015. Throughout the process, I was given two (2) bonuses without my consent or I was not briefed on the condition of the bonus provided even though I have highlighted at the start that I was new to binary trading and need explanation and guidance. The account managers assigned quickly get me on the trading activities without proper explanation and continue to pushed me for more deposits (totalled USD5,050). Although they promised that I can withdraw my money anytime without questions, I was only allowed to perform one time withdrawal of USD1,000 on 18-Aug-2015. Subsequent requests were all rejected and they ignored my complaints and emails which I have sent to some of their departments (support, compliance and legal). I wish to get assistance to get all of my investments returned to me as they do not honored their policy and promises. Kindly assist.
I can be contacted as follows: [email protected]
