I bought a Halloween wig from a seller in China and never came and when I went to complain, the seller never responded and deleted their Ebay account. So mad even though it was a while ago but I lost almost $30 from it. It was a short blonde costume wig that was high quality. super disappointed and sad. I don't have their username or email since they deleted their account! I just want justice!! Please help me!
