I never heard of this company until my bank called me about it and said I had an overdraft because of these crooks. When I called them, they give me the run around over and over again, telling me I would not be charged in the future but that unless I did, xyz I would not get a refund, but the bank refused it and I had to change my account to stop them. I never even heard of them before so someone got my bank acct # and email address and pretended to be me. Apparently that is easy to find on the web. What a crooked company this is. I sent this complaint also to the State Attorney General for further action. But they will not get my money, the bank won't let a charge from them go out again.
