This woman is a thief and should not be trusted. Her and her partner in crime (Emanuel Joseph Mateus) have engaged in a grandiose plan which stole several plots of land from poor people. The public record would show her sometimes (and then sometimes her partner in crime) as the owner of land in the Overtown area -none of which they actually bought. (Other than their own fraudulent papers claim that they bought the land ..there is no sales transaction between them and the original property owner.

A Title search for one property which has changed hands between them several times to avoid prosecution -according to the title search the last known transation on that property was for $20,000 on July 01, 1986. Yet she submitted a quick claim on several occasions indicating that the land had change ownership. THIS IS NOT TRUE. SHE IS A CROOK.

What she does is steps in a pays the property taxes for deceased (dead) owners who died without a will. -then she manipulate the county records to claim ownership. PAYING SOMEONE'S TAXES DO NOT GRANT ANY OWNERSHIP OF REAL ESTATE -and to claim ownership is deemed a felony fraud under the internal revenue code.
