I get constant phone calls from these people in Florida (305-363-2083) telling me that a civil complaint has been filed against my husband (we live in another state) from someone in Minnesota (yet another state). I have told them to stop calling, that they are trying a scam. They have now called 5 days in a row. Next time, I report them to the FBI. No civil complaint is filed without written notice. And no personal data should ever be asked for over the phone.
