I ordered a "free" trial of two lotions. I did notice that they would put me on automatic re-order. I called within the allowed time to to cancel the auto reorder; however, they just went ahead and charged my credit card anyway. I am furious. I spoke with someone in a call center who finally told me she cancelled the order and would only charge me 50% of the cost. She said surely I could live with that. I said no. I am disputing the charge through my credit card. BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!
