This is one of the classic scams where you sign up for a trial, then they make it impossible to cancel. They offer three ways to cancel 1) telephone, which they never answer or return calls, 2) email, which they never respond to, and 3) change your settings page, which is "unavailable - we are working on it".
The service itself was useless to us.
