Loren was very rude since I picked up the phone. Did not let me speak when he would only say I promised to pay it a certain date. Interrupted me through out the whole phone conversation and did not let me explain what had happen only speaking in such an aggressive tone. Blaming everything on me even though I did not receive any letter in the mail when he told me that they sent it on a certain date. Had such threatening way of speaking with me instead of just informing me and giving me more details in a calming matter. People calling should be pleasant that's how they accomplish more instead of being insulting and intrusive. I know I owe money but I am not financially stable and am trying to get everything in order little by little. It is difficult with having someone uncivil as Loren call you with something so serious.
