i know, this is a long post but trust me, worth reading especially if u come across with this fraud company! Am here also to help you to prevent this people and how tough they are!

I don’t have any letter of our conversation, I just only tell you how they just fool around to me.

Before I start my complaint, Yes, I signed up myself to their website two months ago with my name, email address, birthdate, my phone number and also my profession. After I click ‘Continue’, they asked me to pay immediately US$787.00. So when I see the amount, I discontinue my application on their website. I didn’t know that my details has been saved to their account and so this Lisa called me last Sunday morning.Lisa, a Customer Service of Canadian Visa Expert, called me. That day was SUNDAY EVENING.
I answered her call, and she introduced her name and the company she’s working with. She asked me some few questions about my career, my income, my skills, my experience as a Nurse. I am glad to share it with her because I thought it’s for FREE. I thought it was just a FREE INTERVIEW that time. So, when she heard my skills especially my income. So it took us 20 minutes interview and she told me my skills is very applicable for applying Canadian Working Visa. And that time I was really encouraged because of that. and then eventually, she asked to pay instantly, US$717. I said, I AM NOT SURE. Because this is a high amount of money and i am afraid it would not be taken back. She insisted me and said, YOU HAVE THE SKILLS AND EVERYTHING TO SUIT IN CANADA. WHEN I ASKED A MONEY FROM YOU , THIS IS DEFINITELY YOU HAVE A GREAT CHANCE TO GO TO CANADA AND WORK UNDER WORKING VISA. One by one, she asked me first the first four digit of my master card cos she told
me, she just want to check if my card is accepted on their account. And so I gave my first four digit of my card. And eventually, she asked the whole digit of my card including the back. I gave the details because I TRUSTED them that if ever i won’t continue my application, she would freely give my money back. and that is the end of our call.

They sent me an email that needs to be submitted such as application form and also a username and password to login to their website, and asked me to pass the resume.I called the Canadian Visa Expert again, but I can’t reach them.I tried to call them several times but they didn’t answer! My panic starts to attack. I search on website if they are legit visa agency and I saw the google search, a lot of complaints about this agency and they said they are scammers because they took all the money. They would tell you your visa will come very soon but you need to pay additional for that, etc etc. until you realised you’re broke and you can’t pay anymore. I emailed them instead and asked kindly give my money back because my father doesn’t want to continue my application. besides, THEY ONLY DO CALL INTERVIEW and THAT’S IT. NOTHING ELSE. THERE’S NO REASON NOT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

After I emailed them, I call immediately My bank's Customer service to cancel the card and to cancel the payment, but they said they can’t. they instead file me a dispute case and asked me to wait for 45 days. the General Manager called me, He told me, he can’t give my money back. If I want only $200 WILL ONLY BE TAKEN BACK. I said, “Why?” He told me, because this is the company’s policy. I said, “YOU JUST CALLED ME LAST 17TH OF MAY SUNDAY EVENING AND ASKED MY MONEY. I TRUSTED IN YOU BECAUSE IF THIS APPLICATION WILL NOT CONTINUE, YOU HAVE THE REASON TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I DIDN’T ASK MY FATHER’S PERMISSION BUT THIS LISA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSISTED ME TO PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! AND NOW, WHEN AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY, YOU CAN’T GIVE IT BACK? YOU DIDN’T DO ANYTHING YET! I DIDN’T SUBMIT ANY APPLICATION! YOU JUST MADE A ALL-OF-A-SUDDEN-CALL INTERVIEW BUT LISA TOLD ME ITS FREE!! WHY YOU CAN’T?”
