I have been hospitalized mental breakdown for 4 days due to the harrassment and stress,I have not violated anything,she is breach of contract

On 8-27-15 Roberta served me an eviction notice,I have to put rent,damage fees in escroll account,I would like to offer 20% to scambook.com and use premium service. I have not broken any agreements and feel comfortable gor a favorable outcome.
