I ordered a trial on 8/9/15. I called to cancel 14 days later on 8/23/15. The guy said that the 23rd was the 15th day of my trial. I told him I ordered it on the 9th, it was shipped on the 10th, and I received it on the 18th. How on earth was this the 15th day? He would only refund 50% of the charge and said it could take up to 14 days to receive the refund. This is ridiculous and a very fraudulent company. Never trust these types of companies! Oh and I did not see any difference in my skin. Total scam!
