I was on MyBMV to renew my drivers license. This popped up on what I considered to be legitimate and it took a $2.99 service fee on 8/20/15 and $19.99 on 8/22/15 and are still pending in my Chase Slate card. Logged in on MyBMV and was asked for my credit information a second time. Engaged BMV live chat to ask why being asked again. They said nothing had gone through. So, when prompted, actual BMV charges of $17.50 went through. Evidently, they couldn't see what had transpired and I was none the wiser. Chase has told me I have to wait until Jo longer pending to dispute the charges.
