Received call. When asked to see UPS truck driver John Clark with check for $585,00 and Flatbed driver with representative Betty Johnson and 2015 Mercedes E150 before spending $125.15 with Western Union for a state to state approval stamp, Mark Edwards said he could not reveal the location of these two vehicles with out the Western Union receipt. Declined the offer. He stated he would send me a letter verifying I had declined this second place award. We'll see....
