I wanted to reset my password for hotmail account so i searched on google for microsoft technical support number.and i got their number.they claimed to be microsoft and asked for my computer"s access and i trusted them..then they run some scans and told me that my account has been hacked and in order to fix my problem they asked to pay $300.they took my card details and process the payment for $300..after 3 days they again called me and asked for the remote session and demanded for more money which i refused to pay.so they locked my computer and demanded for $7000 in order to give me the computer password.they asked me to pay the amount by western union.i am an old woman of 75 years.i barely survive on my social security.now i have no access of my system and i fear that they might misuse my personal information.i feel decieved even after paying $300.
