I signed up with an agent representing different companies in September 2006. I am only filing a complaint from October 2014 because I was unable to contact the company because there was no contact information available where anyone answered or returned a phone call, not even the agent. I called the bank, they were going to contact the company but also had no luck so the money continued to come out of my account. Finally because of all of the law problems they put up information were they could be contacted so I was only able to stop payment from coming out today. however, the money that they continue to take when I was unable to contact them needs to be refunded.
