I tried to make a purchase on your webstite; however, it said my billing info was incorrect. I recently moved, so I entered alternate info and this time is said it was declined. Which sounded like an issue with the available balance in my account so I checked with the back and it shows $129.000 processing from you… I have tried calling your customer service, the front line keeps wanting me to place the order again without looking up my order to confirm if its already in progress… then they transfer me to a voice mail box. I cannot get help from these guys and they have taken my money.
