We have ordered 200 kgs of stainless steel medical wire, round, smooth, without roughness, for production of medical needles.

The supplier told us sample cannot be provided as there are no samples of wire in stock and they asked for 100% prepayment.

Since they signed the contract with all our requirements we transfered the prepayment. It was shocking to receive the product which was completely different from what we ordered - not round, not smooth, cannot be used for medical purposes. The quality was terrible!

Supplier confirmed they made mistake and provided us with sample of the wire of the required quality (strangely enough, now they had the sample!). After we confirmed the quality of the sample and asked to deliver our order based on this quality the supplier asked us to PAY FOR IT AGAIN!!

After lengthy negotiation supplier refuses to provide us the wire of required quality but also refuses to return money back, also stopped replying emails. Basically, supplier is trying to steal our money.

ATTENTION FOR ALL TO AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE BY ALL MEANS TO AVOID FRAUD AND SCAM.

Our actions with this company will be as per below:

1. We will start the legal procedure in Chinese court against the supplier for stealing our money, cheating, fraud and scam.

2. We will inform Chinese Embassy in Moscow about the supplier stealing money from us and ask for their support in this case.

3.We will inform Russian Chamber of Commerce in China about the supplier stealing money from us and ask for their support in this case.

4. We will inform their clients about them stealing money from us (we already know who they are from customs database),cheating, fraud and scam.

5. We will post in Alibaba, Made-in-China, Globalsources and other trade portals about the supplier stealing money from the clients,cheating, fraud and scam.
