this company is doing a new thing to get peoples money. i was using my ipad a pop up popped into my ipad and said my ios is crashed n=by a third party and i have to call ios support number 1-855..... i called and an indian guy who told me they are an authorize apple suppport company. Due to my nervousness that my ipad is being hacked, and after several times asking if they are legit aple company, i stupidly gave him my credit card no. He helped me fix it over the phone which i could have done myself...After talikng to him, i calle apple support which i could have done in the first place but bec. i was panicking at that time, i gave in to this asshole. I immediately calle dmy credit card to close my account and file a dispute on this company coz he intended to put the pop up and at that time i cannot use my safari. So, that is his new way of getting money from people, so beware of his new scam. I took time to do this so other people will never do the same mistakes i did.
