I was called and told that they were Microsoft technies and they need to fix my computer as it has several errors. They supposedly fixed all the problems and then told me for $199.99 I could have lifetime techies support. I fell for it and gave them my credit card number so they charged it. Right after that I called Microsoft only to find out that they would never call you already knowing your computer has errors, they would expect you to call them. I had the real Microsoft techies go in with my permission and fix what Spring Techno Solutions messed up. Meanwhile I called in to my credit union to try to stop payment. It is a scam and don't let them take you for $199.99.
