I listed with them after a very convincing sales pitch. I was promised my money back if I did not make 10 times the invested amount. (I did not receive one booking from them). 2 months ago I started emailing with regard to returning my investment, however my emails where ignored. I received a notification yesterday that my subscription was renewed for another year which I did not authorise. When I contacted them again the replied and told me there was nothing they could about it. Is there any chance of resolving this issue with them?
