I ordered for an item from the website paying for DHL express too, my order number "Order #100017749" stayed as processing for 5 days, and i tried to contact them, they replied me, not to worry, i will get my item. Later they didn't respond to any email, also when i tried to talked through Facebook page, they blocked and removed my comments, these ppl are scammers!!
if you need proof, i can send u all of my communication i had with them.

You wouldn't find even a telephone contact number of them from any Vifocal related website.
