Just received an official-looking envelope with the above listed return address and upon opening it, I found an "unofficial-looking" check in my name for the amount of $ 1,230,946.00. The only requirement is that I send a delivery fee totaling $12.99 by cash, check, or money order payable to ANC. A 7 day reply is requested in order to receive my "winnings"!
