I was approached by a very well spoken, clean cut African American young man with the story of trying to sale books to get points to get money to be able to continue in college. His presentation included pictures and brochures with descriptions of popular and familiar books and magazines; so I decided to help him out to supposedly further his education. It has been two months since the order, I have tried repeatedly to call the number on the receipt that only has recording. The book ordered was never delivered.
