Like the rest of the complainants, I too have not received the products yet and my credit card has already been billed. I was promised a 8-12 working day delivery, but it's already been more than 4 months since my purchase. I email them quite frequently and ALWAYS just get this response:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email.

We apologize that you have not received your order. Due to high demand for our products, the average arrival time for our order has been 15 business days. We ask that you allow a few more days for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Please be informed that we are doing our best to minimize any further delay.

After writing o them again and again they said they have reshipped the product.

I mail them daily in the mail ids [email protected] & [email protected] and they respond as

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email.

You should have received a shipment number (PDM2015032210521) and website shortly after purchasing your product. This is NOT a tracking number. The parcel service used in delivery is unable to track International shipments to its final destination due to local postal authority. The information given should only be used to confirm your order has processed and is in route to its final destination. Once your shipment departs the US, no more updates will be given.

I was given a useless tracking number since it doesn't really contain any info, only the "supposed" shipping date via trackmail.co.uk

They have even deducted $ 10 for being Premium customer from my credit card on a monthly basis.

Please help me in either getting the product delivered or my money refunded.
