I was told that if I paid $1200 to Avengate they would take are of any hacks, spam, etc. However, I ended up taking my laptop to be repaired after Avengate did whatever to it because it was totally a mess. The tech who worked on my laptop told me that I had been hacked and it took them a week to clean up all the bat files and other problems on it. Since then I have received calls from Avengate wanting to access my PC. I told them that I would not allow it and that they needed to refund my money. Wanted access to my PC to refund which I refused. I have received at least 15 phone calls from them and they do not know the meaning of NO.
