I began talking with Omar when He called me and told me I had won $18.5Million dollars and a brand new 2015 Class C Mercedes. I had to pay the IRS over $70,000 and fees for the Mercedes that came to $18,000.This also included an FBI agent, because of the big amount of $18,000,000.00 plus $500,000.00 in cash. This charade began in late February and ended in Lake Charles, Louisiana. They, Omar and the IRS agent were bringing me the money through Louisiana but, Texas wanted $6099.00 to let this money cross the border. Well they knew I had spent all of my IRA so, when Omar called me I said I didn't have the money to pay that amount. I said I will come and get it before it goes over the border and left Texas for Louisiana. When I got there I never heard from Omar again. My wife and I were eating and Peter Phillips of the IRS called me to tell me he could not get Omar on the phone and was going to call Mega Millions to have them tell him where Omar was because every time he called Omar his phone went straight to a message. I never heard from Peter or Omar. My wife and I drove back to Texas very hurt and upset that what I thought I was going to get did not even happen at all. Now I am 72 years old and will have to get a job if I can even find one to pay my bills. I feel like an idiot and will not get over this. I believed everything they told me. They gave me the background on each person I sent the money. I even have a contract signed by Bruce Golding, President of Mega Millions stating that when I meet all the terms of the IRS and the fees for the car I would receive my $18 Million dollars. Well, I met all of the terms of the contract but, at this point I have nothing. Way to go guys nothing easier than fooling an old man out of his IRA that He is supposed to live on. I hope the ones who did this to me can see this and see what they have done. It should make them feel very good to fool an old man out of his IRA. With the money I won I had planned to give several Scholarships to Universities for deserving students because several Teachers helped me have a successful Teaching career in Vocal Music and I wanted to give Scholarships in their names so others would know that there were very good instructors at that University that helped many students have successful careers. But, that will not happen. So, another important goal down the tubes. I hope I can meet this guys one day to tell them how they harmed me and others by lying to me over and over. That's my grief book so if you an can stand it, learn from it.Thanks for the space.
