An addendum is included, to announce a Premium offer: Beautiful Faceted Crystal Pendant,with 18" chain. An acquisition fee of $11.89,for Premium Offer is due and must be enclosed, payable to ANC. The bottom ofpage 1 states no purchase necessary/will not increase chance of winning.
