similar to other complaints - ordered "free trial" offer of one bottle ; pd just shipping of $4.95 from the web site. I was not aware I had to call and cancel to stop further order. I noticed "pending transaction on 5/22 on cc and called 5/23 my cc company. CC rep gave me the tel # on the posting and name was Nataway ( did not recognize that at all). I called company and rep was rather impudent abt it saying I had not bothered to read the terms of agreement. I simply said I do not sign up for autoship items and generally try to be very careful about this and wd not have done so if that was the case. She kept insisting I agreed. I am disputing this and waiting now for a posting after cambogia pple tried apparently 3 times to charge my cc and it was declined until yesterday within 1 minute, it was declined again and in the same minute according to the cc rep, it was approved. Very poor business practices and consumers need better protection from slick advertising. Terms of agreement appear very innocuous and requirements are not at all clear as in this case. I will contact the BBB and the FTC if the Cambogia pple don't rectify this. The product doesn't work anyway I have been on it for 3 weeks approx and no change.
